Who You Are
A fellowship-trained, board-certified (or board-eligible) Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist who wants to escape the corporate assembly line. You are looking to join an elite, collaborative team passionate about patient-centered care. You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire for true practice ownership, helping patients succeed in their family-building journeys through expert care, compassion, and cutting-edge science.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities Include
Conducting patient assessments and consultations for new and existing patients.
Determining appropriate diagnostic procedures to identify potential causes of infertility.
Reviewing, discussing, and educating patients on test results and customized treatment plans to maximize success rates.
Performing surgical and advanced in-vitro fertilization procedures (egg retrievals, embryo transfers, etc.) while maintaining the highest laboratory and clinical standards.
Collaborating with fellow physician-partners on clinical protocols and practice growth strategies.
Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Applicants must have completed an approved REI fellowship.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Solid expertise in key IVF laboratory and clinical procedures, including Ovarian Stimulation, ICSI, and PGT management.
Comprehensive understanding of third-party reproduction and modern family-building legal/clinical frameworks.
Enterprising spirit with a strong desire to actively participate in the operational and strategic direction of a physician-owned practice.
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated empathy, built to maintain positive working relationships with patients, clinical staff, and laboratory teams.
Strong analytical and technical skills, with a proactive approach to clinical problem-solving.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a highly competitive total compensation package of $350,000–$800,000, depending on experience, including a guaranteed base salary, comprehensive medical/dental benefits, relocation assistance, and a structured, transparent path to full practice partnership. Depending on where the applicant is in their career path, timing to partnership offer can also be negotiated.
