Overview
Arizona Center for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Reproductive Endocrinologist to join our fertility clinic team in sunny Tucson, Arizona. We are the largest and most tenured infertility practice in Tucson. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to help individuals and couples achieve their family-building goals. You will diagnose complex reproductive issues and perform advanced assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Patient Consultations: Conduct comprehensive evaluations, review medical and family histories, and provide preconception counseling.
- Diagnostics: Order and interpret fertility-related tests, including ovarian reserve testing, hormonal assays, pelvic ultrasounds, sonohysts and hysterosalpingograms (HSG).
- Treatment Planning: Develop and manage highly individualized treatment plans, including ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and IVF.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and minimally invasive reproductive surgeries (e.g., hysteroscopy, laparoscopy).
- Patient Support: Counsel patients through the emotional and physical aspects of fertility treatments, third-party reproduction, and LGBTQ+ family building.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with embryologists, clinical nurses, and mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Medical Degree (MD or DO) with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
- Fellowship: Completion of an accredited fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
- Certifications: American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) certification (or eligibility) in both OB/GYN and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
- Skills: Strong manual dexterity for surgical procedures, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a high degree of empathy. Spanish speaking would be desirable
Competitive compensation package includes:
- Compensation floor of $630,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition a $200,000 retention incentive will be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years
