Position Type: 1.0 FTE (flexible)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5pm
Diabetes & Endocrinology
Hospital Info: On call support to Grand Rapids and Muskegon hospital
Team Size: Muskegon has 2 Endocrinologists, 1 DNP, 5 support staff. Grand Rapids office has 5 Endocrinologist, 4 APP/PA, 20 support staff (supporting both GR and Muskegon) 2 CDCES RD, 2 RN CDCES (accredited education program)

What Fellowship (if required): Diabetes, Endocrinology & Metabolism
Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
Providing direct patient care
Documenting in Epic EMR
