Skagit Regional Health is seeking an additional Endocrinologist to join our growing, hospital-employed team of five providers. With increasing demand for endocrinology services, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative practice while helping expand access to high-quality specialty care throughout the region.

Highlights:
- Collaboration: Work alongside 2 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners, supported by experienced MAs and RNs.
- Work/Life Balance: Enjoy a weekday only schedule focused only on outpatient care. No inpatient call duties and ample time off.
- Predicable Schedule: This is a full time position with 36 scheduled patient contact hours per week.
- Diverse Patient Population: Care for a diverse adult patient base with a large number of diabetes management while also addressing a spectrum of other endocrine disorders.
- Teaching Opportunities: Engage with medical students from PNWU and primary care residents from our own SRH Residency Programs.
- Strong Referral Network: Strong support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base.
- Modern Technology: Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an ACGME accredited Endocrinology fellowship program.
- Board Eligible/Board Certification required.
- Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.
- Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment.

Compensation and Benefits:
- First year salary guarantee: $301,743

- Skagit Valley Hospital is a licensed 137-bed facility with a Level III Trauma Center.
