Practice Overview
- Provide outpatient endocrinology care focused on diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic disease with no hospital responsibilities.
- Begin as a Sub-Investigator and transition into the Principal Investigator role through a structured mentorship and succession plan from the practice's founding physician.
- Participate in Phase II-IV clinical trials, with opportunities to expand into Phase I research over time.
- Grow into a leadership position representing the practice with sponsors, research partners, and the broader medical community.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.
- Outpatient-only practice with no hospital call.
- Dedicated research support allows you to balance clinical care with research responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Approximately $300,000 annual salary plus relocation assistance.

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO with fellowship training in Endocrinology.
- Board Certified preferred; Board Eligible physicians are encouraged to apply.
- Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina.
- Prior clinical research experience is welcomed but not required; mentorship is available for physicians looking to develop research expertise.
