Ascension St. Vincent is seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist to join our premier practice in Fishers, Indiana. This position offers the rare opportunity to step into a fully established clinical panel within a physician-led, provider-driven organization that prioritizes patient outcomes and specialist well-being.
Clinical Highlights & Practice Structure
- Established Patient Base: Immediate volume with a robust internal referral network from one of Indiana’s largest primary care systems.
- Collaborative Care Model: Work alongside experienced physician partners and Advanced Practice Providers in a supportive, mentoring environment.
- Predictable Call Schedule: Transitioning to a 1:5 rotation. Call is taken in 1-2 week blocks to ensure continuity of care and predictable time away from the practice.
- Low-Volume Call: After-hours calls are primarily patient-focused and pre-screened; emergency consults (ED/Pharmacy) are infrequent.
