Endocrinologist – MedStar Washington Hospital Center
MedStar Medical Group offers a uniquely rewarding career in academic medicine in a major marketplace.
MedStar Washington Hospital Center’s Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism is seeking a qualified endocrinologist to join our well-established academic endocrinology practice in Washington, DC. This position offers you the opportunity to practice with a dedicated and highly trained staff of six attending physicians. It is also home to the outpatient continuity clinics for our combined endocrinology fellowship training program. In addition to MedStar Washington, you would also practice out of our Mitchellville endocrinology location on Mondays and Wednesdays.
In this setting, the individual selected will
- Have your own panel of patients in our outpatient suite
- Rotate as an attending on the inpatient endocrinology consult service
- Be involved in precepting and teaching of fellows, residents, and students as a faculty partner of the endocrinology training program
- Have the opportunity to engage with faculty development programs
- Be connected with and have access to MedStar Health’s robust opportunities for supported scholarly activity

This position has a hiring range of
USD $193,000.00 – USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
