• Comprehensive multidisciplinary care including Registered Dietitians, Behavioral Health Therapists, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Exercise Physiologist.
• Individualized Care unique to each patient with lab evaluation and specific tailored goals
• Meal replacement program for high protein, streamlined portion-controlled program to achieve desired weight loss goals.
• Addition of medications as needed to support the patients' healthy habits and lifestyle changes to meet their health and wellness goals.

Qualifications:

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, as well as Obesity Medicine through the American Board of Obesity Medicine
• Prior experience practicing Obesity Medicine preferred
