OverviewCarle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our established Endocrinology practice in Champaign, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
Practice Details Include:
- Join a supportive, best practice driven team of 4 Physicians, 8 Advanced Practice Providers as well as RDs, and DNEs
- Outpatient only/roughly 16-20 Adult patients per day
- Regional Travel twice a week to Bloomington-Normal
- See most adult diabetes patients, with a mix of stable thyroid and osteoporosis cases
- One weekend a month cover inpatient diabetic rounding in the hospital
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
- APP experience preferred; will consider new grads with extensive ICU/Endo background
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $60.72 - $78.94/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
