Description
Mercyhealth System in Janesville, Wisconsin, is currently seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join our excellent team of collaborating providers in Southern Wisconsin.Opportunity:
Range: $290,000-$370,000
- Build your individual practice as an employed physician with the support of operational leaders and experienced clinical staff
- Join an established Endocrinology team including an Endocrinologist,Advanced Practice Providers, Nursing, Diabetes Educators, and Dietitians
- Outstanding referral base from primary care providers

- No call responsibilities

Departmental Scope:
- Outpatient-focused Endocrinology practice
- Integrated diabetes management and education services
- Strong collaboration with primary care and specialty providers
- Opportunity to expand patient volume within a growing service area
- System-wide care coordination support
Qualifications:
- MD/DO - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology
- Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism
- Residency training from an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine program
- Strong communication skills and team-based approach to care
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits:
Mercyhealth offers a highly competitive initial salary guarantee transitioning to a production-based model after year one, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Range: $290,000-$370,000
- Retention and/or sign-on bonus
