Mercyhealth System in Crystal Lake, Illinois is currently seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join our excellent team of collaborating providers in Northern Illinois.

Opportunity:

Range: $290,000-$370,000

• Build your individual practice as an employed physician with the support of operational leaders and experienced clinical staff
• Join an established Endocrinology team including an Endocrinologist, Advanced Practice Providers, Nursing, Diabetes Educators, and Dietitians

Departmental Scope:

• Outpatient-focused Endocrinology practice
• Integrated diabetes management and education services
• Strong collaboration with primary care and specialty providers
• Opportunity to expand patient volume within a growing service area
• System-wide care coordination support

Qualifications:

• MD/DO - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism
• Residency training from an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine program
• Strong communication skills and team-based approach to care
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits:

Mercyhealth offers a highly competitive initial salary guarantee transitioning to a production-based model after, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Range: $290,000-$370,000
