Position Highlights
Assume an established concierge panel of ~400 highly engaged adult patients.
Blend of Primary Care and Endocrinology~70% of practice focused on diabetes care.
Daily volume of 2–4 patients, allowing for extended, unhurried visits.
Collaborative group of four physicians sharing space, staff, and overhead while maintaining independent practices.
Strong relationship with Northwestern Medicine and a sophisticated patient base including many community leaders and donors.
Structured transition period with the retiring physician to ensure continuity and support.
