At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Our Madison East Endocrinology office is growing! We are actively seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our team of 5 physicians and 1 peer APP.

Your Qualifications:

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• WI NPs must be APRNs
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
